TRUMP PEACE TALKS -- ROUND TWO

There was a lot of speculation about what kind of “deal” Trump would get when he met face-to-face last Friday with Vladimir Putin at Elmendorf AFB in Alaska. European leaders and Zelensky rushed to discourage Trump from promising too much in his eagerness for a ceasefire. As it turned out, Putin appears ready for a break in the fighting too, but is setting up the process to gain as much from this “peace” agreement as possible. He repeated his offer of trading “land for peace” which was something Trump didn’t have the authority to agree to, and which Ukraine was firmly against. Trump failed to get a ceasefire out of Putin, but he came away more optimistic than ever about a larger peace deal, and Putin used the opportunity to flatter Trump into once again thinking that they had a “special relationship,” and pumped Trump’s ego by declaring later “there would have been war in Ukraine if Trump had been President.” By playing the role of reasonable friend to Trump, Putin essentially got Trump back on his side, and planted the seeds of compromise in his favor. Putin also hinted at allowing security guarantees for Ukraine—something he previously said he was dead set against. That too was a slick move since Putin knows that Trump wants a peace deal that would allow him to walk away from the crisis as “solved” and not commit the US to more arms deliveries, let alone future intervention. Already Trump is turning to Zelensky and Europe to provide the solution to ending the war. This week, I’ll explain how Trump is already trying to get out of financially and militarily supporting Ukraine after meeting with Zelensky and European leaders in round two at the White House. Minnesota School Mass Shooter Identified As Robin Westman

ZeroHedge

According to NYPost, Westman maintained a YouTube account that featured a video displaying multiple weapons. One screenshot from the video showed a semi-automatic rifle and a shotgun, with text on one magazine reading "kill Donald Trump."..."Minneapolis Catholic church shooter Robin Westman was a transgender who "identified as a woman" and legally changed his name from "Robert" in 2020."

Israel's Troop Occupation Of Southern Syria To Be Permanent

ZeroHedge

And so with that, Israel confirmed it will "remain" in the territory it has captured in southern Syria as a permanent occupation, which will likely lead to annexation. The Israeli army had moved swiftly beyond its Golan Heights occupation in the wake of the December 8 ouster of former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. It has kept expanding since then, citing new 'threats'.

Roblox Accused Of Enabling Predator Who Exploited 10-Year-Old Girl

ZeroHedge

According to the filing, the predator rewarded her with Robux, Roblox’s virtual currency, and threatened to revoke it if she didn’t comply. The complaint argues Roblox’s lax safeguards — including reliance on self-reported birthdates and, until late 2023, settings that allowed adults to message minors — directly enabled the abuse.

Expect Louder Clemency Pleas As Trump Admin Begins Tackling CDL Crisis

ZeroHedge

The incident unfolded in the predawn hours of August 12, on Florida's Turnpike near Fort Pierce. Singh, driving a tractor-trailer, executed an illegal U-turn, transforming his rig into a fatal barrier. A minivan collided with the trailer, killing three innocent Americans instantly. Charged with three counts of vehicular homicide and manslaughter—facing up to 45 years—Singh fled to California but was swiftly arrested before escaping further. Post-accident investigations revealed Singh's failure on an English proficiency test, underscoring his inability to comprehend critical road signs, a factor in the preventable tragedy. Harjinder Singh knew he had entered the U.S. illegally in 2018, knew he had obtained his CDL through improper means in sanctuary states like California and Washington, and knew he was unable to read essential road signs. He is not innocent; lives were lost while he was committing multiple criminal acts.

American Knifed In Face By Syrian After Intervening To Protect Women On German Train

ZeroHedge

Non-Germans account for 59% of sex crimes aboard German trains and at train stations, and sex violence in general doubled between 2019 and 2024. In particular, Syrians have established a reputation for violence in their host country. A recent analysis of official statistics by the German paper Die Welt showed that 40% of the perpetrators of violence in German schools in 2024 were foreign national, with Syrians leading the way. Syrians were involved in 10% of all school incidents, well ahead of the second-place Afghans who finished at 3.6%. Germany suffered 79 knife crimes a day in 2024, according to a German police union official, with Berlin enduring nearly 10 a day.

Mail-In Ballots Need To Go

Real Clear Wire

The Carter-Baker commission also highlighted how absentee voting enables coercion: “Citizens who vote at home, at nursing homes, at the workplace, or in church are more susceptible to pressure, overt and subtle, or to intimidation. Vote-buying schemes are far more difficult to detect when citizens vote by mail.” The problem is that both the buyer and seller have an incentive to hide the purchase.

Disney Wants Men Back In Theaters After Years Of Catering To Feminism

ZeroHedge

Keep in mind, this is the same company that coined the phrase "The Force Is Female" and "Her-O" (instead of "Hero"...very clever). This is the same company that tried to embed gay and trans characters into movies for toddlers. This is the same company that actually went to war with the state of Florida to force them to accept LGBT and gender fluid indoctrination in public schools in opposition to the vast majority of the voting population. Finally, this is the same company that tried to bait and switch legendary male heroes for feminist "Girl Boss" heroes in every significant action/fantasy/sci-fi franchise they own the rights to.

Inside the Falkland Superlab: How RCMP Refusals to Cooperate With the DEA Fueled a Cross-Border Tariff Crisis

The Bureau

What Ottawa failed to share with Canadians, U.S. sources say, is that the DEA’s Newark, New Jersey office had already delivered the case to Canadian authorities through the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa nearly two years earlier — warning of precursor shipments tied to Djebelibak’s company, Valerian Labs. Canadian police, the officials said, not only declined to cooperate but also delayed launching their own siloed probe until after Washington imposed sanctions on Djebelibak in October 2023.

Newsom Prepares to Violate State Constitution to Save ‘Democracy’ In Redistricting Battle

American Greatness

However, serious concerns remain as to whether Newsom’s plan can survive legal scrutiny for a number of reasons. In 2010, a decisive percentage of California voters (62-38) passed Prop 20 which took redistricting out of the hands of politicians and created an independent citizens commission in the state constitution. Constitutional attorney Mark Meuser says Newsom’s redistricting plan would violate California’s constitution by holding hearings on a bill less than 30 days after introduction and by drawing maps without authority.

Russia must not have Ukraine's Fortress Line

Claire Berlinski

The territory that Putin is demanding contains Ukraine’s fortress line. If it is surrendered, all of Ukraine will be rendered wide open to invasion by the Kremlin’s forces. The Putin-Trump deal thus precisely mimics the suicidal October 1938 Munich Pact forced upon Czechoslovakia by Nazi Fuhrer Adolf Hitler in collusion with British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain
